Altrila is a luxury fashion brand headquartered in Canada. We design and sell premium bags and accessories through our online store, shipping to Canada, the United States, and select international markets. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with care, transparency, and respect.

2.1  Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact information: name, email address, mailing/shipping address, and phone number.

4.3  Legal & Regulatory Disclosures

5.6  TikTok Use

Altrila maintains an active presence on TikTok. We use TikTok for brand marketing, product promotion, and customer engagement. In addition, we may implement the TikTok Pixel on our Site, which allows TikTok to collect information about visitors' interactions with our Site (such as pages viewed and purchases made) in order to measure the effectiveness of our TikTok advertising campaigns and to serve targeted advertisements to TikTok users who have expressed interest in products similar to ours.

5.7  Social Media Widgets and Sharing

All payment transactions are processed by third-party payment processors (including Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others as displayed at checkout). We do not store your full credit or debit card details on our servers. Your payment information is handled directly by these processors in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable payment card industry (PCI-DSS) standards. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of your chosen payment provider.


8.  Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. For example:

  • Order and transaction records are typically retained for 7 years to comply with tax and financial reporting obligations.

  • Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter.

  • Marketing consent records are retained until you withdraw consent.

  • Customer support records are retained for up to 3 years.


When personal information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
