Returns
We offer returns within 15 days of delivery date.
All returns must be shipped back in unused condition with the original packaging and dustbag, accompanied by proof of purchase. Prior authorization is required for all returns. Please contact us at hello@altrila.com before shipping anything back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Altrila is not responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
Canada Orders. Full returns are accepted for Canadian orders subject to the conditions above.
United States Orders. We accept returns from US customers. All return shipping costs and any applicable customs or duties on the return shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer.
International Orders. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders. Please reach out to hello@altrila.com with any questions.
Altrila reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.
Refund Policy
Upon receipt of your return, the item will be processed and a quality check will be done to ensure perfect condition. Please allow 15 business days for the process of your refund, and 3-5 business days for it to appear in your account.
Original shipping, insurance, and duties costs (if any) cannot be refunded, and if you are returning part of a set or applied any quantity discount codes to your order, your return will be adjusted accordingly. Refunds for store credit are final.
Final Sale. Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with the item you received, please send an email to hello@altrila.com including images of the issue within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.
Please return any defective items back to us within 15 days of receiving your label for a refund. Any return fees will be waived for incorrect or defective items.
