Canada Orders
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders.
USA Orders
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Please allow additional transit time for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii.
International Orders
International Economy: 3-12 business days
Please enter your address in English. Any customs, clearance or duties fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Process
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Duties & Taxes
All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Canada. Orders are shipped from Canada. International orders, including US orders, may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We kindly recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order. If any fees are due, our courier will contact you prior to delivery.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please double check your order and shipping address before placing your order. As we begin processing orders quickly, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they have been placed. Lost or Missing Orders
If you believe your package may be lost, please email us at hello@altrila.com as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to help resolve the issue. Please note that Altrila is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors or your building concierge.
Preorders
Preorder items will ship by the estimated date listed on the product page. If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, they will ship together. If you’d like separate shipping, Please reach out to us at hello@altrila.com and we’ll do our best to help.
